1. Services

We provide digital services including UX/UI design, web development, app development, and branding. Scope, price, and delivery time will be agreed upon in writing before the start of the project.

2. Payments

• Payments are made via Stripe, bank transfer, or other available methods.
• Work begins only after the deposit has been received.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

3. Delivery of digital products

Digital products (apps, design files, code, etc.) are final and non-refundable once delivered.

4. Revisions

• The number of revisions is defined in the offer.
• Any additional changes will be billed separately.

5. App Store / Play Store submission

We assist with submitting the app, but approval is solely at the discretion of Apple/Google.

6. Ownership & Rights

• After full payment, the final deliverables become your property.
• We reserve the right to showcase projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

7. Client Responsibilities

You must provide necessary content, access, and feedback on time. Delays on your end may affect the project timeline.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages including lost profits or data loss.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
